As a therapeutic coach, yoga teacher, and, most importantly, a parent (to a previous HH Small School student), I believe in instilling these vital life skills in our young children. By doing so, we lay the foundation for their journey towards becoming happy, mindful, confident, calm, resilient, and empowered adults.

At MINDFUL KIDS, we offer a transformative, engaging and interactive kids yoga and positive psychology program and create a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore their emotions, build resourcefulness, and develop a positive mindset.

Our program recognises the power of parents and educators in shaping a child's development. We also provide one-to-one coaching and guidance to support parents in their roles as the primary care givers in their children’ lives and in reinforcing these skills at home, creating a holistic approach to their growth.
