Together, we explore how you relate to yourself and others, strengthening your capacity to make choices that feel more aligned, meaningful, and authentic. This process can support greater clarity, emotional balance, steadiness, and a deeper sense of grounding in how you live and move through life.
My Approach
My work integrates evidence-based psychological methods with holistic, depth-oriented coaching. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness, embodiment practices, and person-centred approaches, alongside depth psychology principles such as inner-child work and shadow exploration.
My style is compassionate and insight-led, offering a balance of emotional depth, reflective exploration, and practical tools for meaningful change. This integrative method supports clients in shifting patterns, strengthening self-awareness, and moving toward greater clarity and wellbeing.
